Yes, we offer free meat delivery services for orders if we are coming to your area already. Additional fees may apply for long distances, or if you require it at a certain time or date.
The cut choices are entirely up to you, you get to choose how thick your steak is, how many per package. How many lbs of ground per pack. What size your roasts are.
We will ask you about you style of cooking, then we will go over each part of the animal with you and what it can be made into! Then you can be informed and make the best choice for you and your family!
Retail is priced based on each individual cut.
For example: A tender steak could be at $36/lb, Ground meat could be $8/lb
Hot hanging weight you are charged one price for the entire 1/4, 1/2 or whole animal. This means your are paying for the meat, bones, fat, any waste (cartilage, tendons, silver skin) and moisture loss due to hanging the animal. This price tends to be much cheaper depending on what cuts you are wanting to purchase.
